We want your piece to feel perfectly made for you. Because each item is handcrafted to order, refunds aren't available for custom sizes entered incorrectly at checkout. If your piece arrives and the fit isn't quite right, our team will be delighted to assist. Whenever possible, we can resize or remake the piece with a fee determined by the level of work required. All fees and taxes will be included with the shipment of the item.
