Processing and Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Final Sale Policy

All items are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with your order.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.

Exchanges and Store Credit

In select cases, we may approve an exchange or issue store credit depending on the situation and item availability.

To qualify:

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, and in original condition. Original packaging must be included.

Approved requests will receive return instructions directly from our team.
