Every item is carefully authenticated, inspected, and described in detail to ensure the highest level of quality and transparency. Because our products are pre-owned luxury pieces, each one is unique.
💎 All Sales Are Final
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds unless an item is proven to be inauthentic or significantly not as described.
🔄 Exchanges (Limited Cases)
We understand that sometimes a piece may not meet expectations. In certain cases, we may approve an exchange or store credit for items that qualify.
To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 3 days of delivery. (please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out)
• The item must be in the same condition as received unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
• Exchanges are subject to approval and inventory availability.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and assist you in selecting another item or applying store credit toward a future purchase.
